Abstract. Corporate culture in Georgia is currently still in the stage of formation and development. One of the important challenges for the formation of an effective corporate culture is the presence of an authoritative leader who establishes a management style based on values and principles that are acceptable to society and are conducive to achieving the strategic goals of organizations and business entities.
The aim of the paper is to assess the influence of leadership and leadership models on the formation and development of corporate culture in organizations and business entities.
In general, there is no unified, developed methodology for using social technologies in the leadership model in Georgia, which is used to form the corporate culture of organizations and business entities.
It is important to change the organization's policies, procedures, structure and motivation in order to continue developing in the face of global changes.
