AbstractEmotional events have long been beyond the scope of interest of management researchers, however, currently the European and American scientific community is experiencing a kind of upsurge in the study of emotions in the field of management. Studies over the past twenty years have shown that emotion is associated with such governance phenomena as fairness, creativity, innovation, creativity, organizational culture, and organizational integrity. The need to deepen the sociological study of emotions in modern conditions is justified even by the view that many features of modern society cannot be explained only by a rational approach, their understanding is often possible in given emotional context.
