Duties of the Reviewer

Standard of Objectivity - Reviews should be conducted objectively. Reviewer(s) should complete the evaluation form to improve the manuscript and formulate clear and concrete recommendations, but without disclosing any information to authors. The reviewer’s decision about the publication of the manuscript should be substantiated with supporting arguments. The reviewers may be asked to re-review the revised manuscript, if it is believed that the manuscript has not been corrected according to the reviewer’s recommendations.

Originality – reviewer(s) should notify the editors of any substantial similarity between the manuscript under consideration and any other paper of which they have personal knowledge.

Acknowledgement of Sources - reviewer(s) should identify relevant published work that has not been cited by the authors.

Personal Information – reviewer(s) should not use the information disclosed in a submitted manuscript for his/her own research or personal purposes without the author’s consent.
